From Okara To The Streets Of London
A Pakistani fast-food brand that began with a single pizza outlet in Okara, Punjab, has taken its first step into the international market. Cheezious has opened its debut overseas restaurant on Ilford Lane in London, bringing its signature pizzas and locally inspired fast-food offerings to customers in the United Kingdom.
The launch marks a new phase for the company, which has expanded to more than 58 outlets across Pakistan. Its growth from a local business into a nationwide restaurant network has now created an opportunity to introduce its menu and dining experience to a new market. Ilford offers a diverse customer base for the brand’s international debut.

Taking Pakistani Flavours Beyond Borders
Cheezious has built its identity around a menu that combines familiar fast-food favourites with its own distinctive offerings. Its Crown Crust Pizza is among the products the company hopes will help introduce the brand to Londoners, alongside the family-oriented dining experience it has developed in Pakistan.
Chief Executive Officer Imran Ijaz described the London opening as a proud moment for a business established in Pakistan. He said the company intends to maintain the recipes, service standards and brand identity that helped it develop a customer base at home.

London As A Gateway To Global Growth
The company sees its first UK location as the starting point for a broader international expansion strategy. According to Imran Ijaz, London will serve as an entry point for further growth across Britain, with ambitions to eventually introduce Cheezious to other parts of the world.
For the business, moving abroad brings the challenge of preserving the experience associated with its Pakistani outlets while meeting the expectations of a different market. Its plans centre on carrying its existing food offerings and operational standards into the UK rather than building an entirely different brand identity.
