Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Playrox (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the Pakistanio website at pakistanio.com, the Pakistanio app for iPhone and Android, and the news, games, Game Room, coins, Crystals and rewards on them (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

• Anyone may read the news. To create an account, play signed in, buy coins or claim rewards, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract.
• You may not use the Service if the law where you live forbids it, or if we have closed your account before.
• Rewards on the website may only be available in some countries, as shown in the Rewards store.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google or Apple, or play as a guest. Guest progress is only kept if you sign in.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
• For security, your account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the old one.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your Google or Apple account secure. Tell us at support@pakistanio.com if you think someone else has used it.
• Your coins, Crystals and progress are the same on the website and in the app when you sign in with the same account.

3. Coins and Crystals

3.1 What they are

Coins are a virtual currency used inside the Service to start game sessions, add play time and unlock premium games. Crystals are points you collect by playing. Coins and Crystals are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold, traded or moved to another account, except as these Terms allow for rewards on the website.

3.2 Getting coins

• Free: daily free coins, streaks, missions, events, level gifts, invites, lucky chests and other activities. You can play and collect Crystals without ever paying.
• In the app: through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing only. Prices are set and shown by the store. Your purchase is also governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms.
• On the website: through the payment methods shown at checkout (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe).
• Offers such as a first top-up bonus or a “deal of the day” show their contents and end time before you buy.

3.3 All sales are final

Coins are delivered immediately after the store or payment provider confirms payment, and you agree that this starts the service straight away. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and not refundable, including if you delete your account or we close it for breaking these Terms.

• App Store and Google Play purchases: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play in your order history.
• Website purchases: if something went wrong (for example coins did not arrive), email support@pakistanio.com within 30 days.
• If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may remove the coins it gave you (or the items bought with them), and may limit or close the account if this happens repeatedly or fraudulently.

3.4 Changes and loss

We may change prices, packs, how coins and Crystals are earned or used, and session costs, with notice in the Service where reasonable. We may correct balances that are wrong because of an error, a bug, a refund or a breach of these Terms. Unused coins and Crystals may be lost if your account is deleted or closed, or if the Service ends (in that case we will give at least 30 days’ notice).

4. Games, chests and tournaments

• Games are HTML5 games made by us or by other developers. We try to make them work well but cannot promise every game works on every device; a game may be changed or removed at any time.
• Lucky chests may appear during active play. They are free, cannot be bought, and their odds are shown on the chest card and in Help (currently: each 20 seconds of active play has a small chance of a chest, with a daily limit; each chest holds a range of coins shown there).
• Leaderboards and weekly tournaments rank players by points earned from active play time. Tournament results and any Crystals awarded are shown in the Game Room. We may adjust or cancel results affected by errors, cheating or abuse.
• There is no gambling in the Service: you cannot wager money or coins on an outcome, and nothing can be cashed out.

5. Rewards store (website only)

On the pakistanio.com website only, signed-in players may redeem Crystals for rewards (for example vouchers, gadgets or other items) shown in the Rewards store. The app does not offer rewards.

• No purchase necessary. Crystals are earned by playing, and free coins are given every day, so you can collect Crystals without paying. Buying coins does not buy Crystals or rewards.
• Each reward shows its Crystal price and stock. Rewards are limited and given first come, first served while stock lasts. We may add, change or withdraw rewards at any time.
• To claim, you must give accurate delivery details. We may verify your identity and eligibility before delivering, and may cancel a claim and return the Crystals if a reward is unavailable.
• Digital rewards are usually sent within 24 hours; physical rewards after the delivery details are confirmed. Delivery times are estimates.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if one is unavailable. Any taxes on a reward are your responsibility.
• We may refuse or cancel claims involving fraud, cheating, multiple accounts, bought or transferred accounts, or a breach of these Terms, and remove the Crystals involved.
• Rewards are offered by Playrox alone. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, the Rewards store, tournaments or any promotion.
• Void where prohibited by law.

6. Fair play and rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators or modified clients, exploit bugs, or tamper with games, scores, coins, Crystals or purchases;
• create or use more than one account, or use other people’s accounts, to gain coins, Crystals, invite bonuses or rewards;
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent, illegal or misleading content, spam or personal information about others;
• use offensive names or profile pictures;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around security, limits or bans;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission;
• break any law, or anyone else’s rights.

We may remove content, reset or remove coins, Crystals or progress gained unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of comments, names and pictures you post (“your content”). You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, show and use your content to run the Service, until you delete it or your account. You confirm you have the right to post it.

Names and comments are checked against blocked words. Any player can report another player’s name, picture or comments, and block a player so you no longer see their name or comments. We review reports and may hide or remove content and act against accounts. To report something urgently, email support@pakistanio.com.

8. News content

News and articles are for general information only. We work to be accurate but do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free, and it is not professional (legal, financial, medical or other) advice. Opinions belong to their authors. Tell us about mistakes at support@pakistanio.com.

9. Our rights

The Service, its software, design, logos, text, graphics and games (other than third-party content) belong to Playrox or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms. Nothing else is licensed to you.

10. Other websites and services

The Service contains games, videos and links from other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.

11. Notifications

If you allow them, we send notifications about your account, free coins, streaks, events and new games. Offers and deals are only sent if you turn on “Offers & deals”. You can change this in Profile → Settings or in your phone’s settings.

12. The app stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Playrox only, not Apple or Google. Playrox, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
• Your licence to the app is limited to using it on Apple- or Android-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service (including the Usage Rules) or the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Playrox is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to meet a warranty are Playrox‘s responsibility, to the extent not excluded by these Terms.
• Playrox, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Playrox, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app (for example your mobile carrier’s terms).
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to Playrox, [Postal address], support@pakistanio.com.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or pakistanio.com/delete-account). We may suspend or close your account, or remove access to features, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect players or the Service. Where reasonable we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 3.3, 7, 9, 14, 15, 16 and 17) continue after your account ends.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that any game, reward or content will always be available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Playrox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, coins, Crystals or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) the equivalent of USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover Playrox against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first at support@pakistanio.com so we can try to solve any problem informally. If that fails, the courts of [City], Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the consumer laws of the country where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.

19. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any rules shown in the Service, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a part straight away, we have not given up our right to do so. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor running the Service.
