Community Guidelines

Pakistanio is for everyone who enjoys news and games. These guidelines keep it friendly and fair. They apply to your username, display name, profile picture, comments and the way you play, on the website and in the app. They are part of our Terms of Use.

1. Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
• No hate speech or attacks on people because of religion, ethnicity, nationality, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic.
• No sexual content, nudity, or content that sexualises anyone.
• No violent, shocking or graphic content, and nothing that promotes self-harm, terrorism or crime.
• No impersonating other people, our staff or brands.

2. Names and pictures

• Choose names and pictures that are fine for everyone to see. Names with blocked words are refused automatically.
• Don’t use someone else’s photo, or a picture you don’t have the right to use.
• Don’t put phone numbers, addresses, links or other personal details in names or pictures.

3. Comments

• Keep comments about the game or the story. No spam, advertising, links to scams or repeated posts.
• Don’t share your own or anyone else’s personal information.
• Don’t post misleading information that could cause harm.

4. Play fair

• No cheating: bots, scripts, auto-clickers, modified games, exploits or anything that gets around how the Game Room works.
• One account per person. Don’t create extra accounts for invite bonuses, daily coins, tournaments or rewards, and don’t buy, sell or share accounts.
• Found a bug? Tell us instead of using it — we’re grateful for reports.

5. Report and block

• Report: tap “⋯” next to a player on the leaderboard (or “Report” on a comment) and choose a reason. Reports are private.
• Block: from the same “⋯” menu. You will no longer see that player’s name or comments. You can unblock any time.
• When several players report the same name or picture, it is hidden straight away while our team reviews it.
• For anything urgent or serious, email admin@pakistanio.com.

6. What we do

Depending on how serious and how often, we may remove content, reset a name or picture, remove coins, Crystals or results gained unfairly, limit features, suspend an account, or close it permanently. Illegal content may be reported to the authorities.

7. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, email admin@pakistanio.com from the address on your account within 30 days, with your username and what happened. A person will review it and reply.
