Rewards Rules

These Rewards Rules (“Rules”) apply to Crystals, the Rewards store and the weekly tournament on the Pakistanio website at pakistanio.com. They are part of our Terms of Use. If these Rules and the Terms differ, these Rules apply to rewards.

1. Sponsor

The Rewards store and tournaments are run and paid for solely by Playrox, [Postal address] (“Sponsor”).

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in any way with, the Rewards store, the tournaments or any promotion on Pakistanio. They have no responsibility for them.

2. Where rewards are available

• Rewards can only be claimed on the pakistanio.com website. The Pakistanio app for iPhone and Android does not offer rewards; Crystals in the app are a score.
• Rewards are open to signed-in players who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) and live in a country where the reward can legally be delivered. Delivery countries are shown on each reward.
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families may not claim rewards.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to earn Crystals or claim rewards. Crystals are earned by playing. Free coins are given every day (daily rewards, streaks, missions, events and invites), so you can play and earn Crystals without paying. Buying coins does not buy Crystals or rewards and does not improve your chances of anything.

4. Earning Crystals

• Crystals are earned at a fixed rate for each minute of active play while signed in, as shown in the Game Room. Idle time does not count.
• Daily and per-session limits apply and are shown in the Game Room.
• Guest play does not earn Crystals.
• Crystals have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not your property.

5. Redeeming Crystals

• Each reward in the Rewards store shows its price in Crystals and how many are left. Rewards are limited and given first come, first served while stock lasts.
• When you redeem, the Crystals are taken from your balance and you get a claim code. You can follow your claim under My Rewards and Track a Claim.
• You must give accurate delivery details (name, mobile number, email and address where needed). We may contact you to confirm them and may ask for proof of identity and age before delivery.
• Digital rewards are usually sent within 24 hours; physical rewards are sent once your details are confirmed. Times are estimates.
• If a reward cannot be delivered, we will cancel the claim and return the Crystals, or offer a reward of equal or greater value.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. Any taxes or duties on a reward are your responsibility.

6. Weekly tournament

• Each week, signed-in players earn tournament points from active play time. The week, the scoring and the Crystals for the top places are shown in the Game Room.
• Ranking is by points, as shown on the leaderboard.
• Crystals for the top places are added to the winners’ wallets after the week ends. Winners are shown in the Game Room.
• The tournament is free to enter; every signed-in player takes part automatically.

7. Fair play and disqualification

We may cancel claims, remove Crystals or tournament results, and close accounts involved in cheating, bots, scripts, exploits, multiple or shared accounts, false details, fraud, or any breach of the Terms or Community Guidelines. Our decision on fair play is final, but you may ask us to review it by email.

8. Changes and ending

We may change, pause or end the Rewards store, a reward or the tournament at any time, for example if fraud or a technical problem affects fairness. We will try to give notice in the Game Room. Crystals already earned stay in your balance unless these Rules or the Terms say otherwise.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected deliveries caused by wrong details, carriers or events outside its control, or for any loss arising from a reward, other than as required by law. Warranties on physical items are given by their manufacturers.

10. Privacy

Details you give to claim a reward are used to deliver it and are handled under our Privacy Policy.
