Playrox respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of Pakistanio to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on pakistanio.com or in the Pakistanio app that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark — including stories, images, embedded videos and games.
1. Sending a notice
Email admin@pakistanio.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you say is infringed;
- the exact link(s) to the content on Pakistanio;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may share your notice with the person who posted the content.
2. What we do
When we receive a complete notice we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content promptly, usually within 5 business days, and tell you what we did. Games reported as copying another game’s name, characters or artwork are removed from the app and website while we review them.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or you have the right to use it, email us with: your contact details, the content and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City for courts], Pakistan (or your local courts where the law requires), and your signature. We may restore the content unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal action.
4. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.
5. False notices
Sending a notice or counter-notice that you know is false may make you liable for damages.
