Include the email or username on your account, whether you used the iPhone app, Android app or website, and the receipt or order number. See our Purchases & Refunds Policy — App Store and Google Play refunds are handled by Apple and Google.
Your account and privacy
To delete your account, use Profile → Delete account in the app or on the website, or go to pakistanio.com/delete-account. For other privacy requests (a copy of your data, corrections), email us from the address on your account. More in our Privacy Policy.
