Yango Pakistan Wins ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification

Yango Pakistan has received the Great Place to Work® Certification for 2026, recognising its workplace culture and commitment to creating an environment where employees feel trusted, valued and connected.
The recognition comes as Yango Group expands its certification from nine markets in 2025 to 17 markets in 2026, based on feedback from 938 employees worldwide.
Globally, 88 percent said Yango is a great place to work, while 96 percent said employees are treated fairly regardless of gender.

Employee responses also highlighted the importance of the everyday workplace experience at Yango Pakistan. Around 90 percent said they feel physically safe at work, while the same percentage said new employees are made to feel welcome.
Employees also pointed to a culture where colleagues come together to celebrate special occasions, reflecting a sense of connection beyond their professional responsibilities.
Country Head Miral Sharif said the certification reflects the workplace culture employees are building together.

For Yango Pakistan, the certification represents more than an organisational accolade. It reflects how employees experience their workplace and recognises the culture being developed as the company continues to grow.
The Great Place to Work® Certification is based on employee feedback covering areas such as trust, fairness, respect, pride and belonging. This makes the employees’ own experiences central to the recognition.
As Yango expands its presence in Pakistan and internationally, the certification highlights the importance of building workplaces where people can contribute meaningfully and feel respected.
